Foster Care Services
The Up Center specializes in placing children and adolescents with varying needs in high quality foster care homes. The staff continually strives to find the best matches possible between the child and the foster parent. To aid in this effort, we offer the following services for foster parents and for foster children and adolescents from infants to age 21:

• Intensive customized case management
  
• Casey Independent Living Skills Training
  
• Coordination of individualized group therapy, in-home therapy, mentoring and behavior aide services when needed
  
• Support groups for foster parents, children and youth
  
• Respite for foster parents needing a temporary break
  
• 24-hour crisis intervention and emergency services.

Become a Foster Parent

Foster-to-Adopt
Through the Up Center’s Foster-to-Adopt program, the foster parent chooses to legally adopt his or her foster child. For more information, please contact Christa Paulosky at 757-965-8670.
